Upcoming Sonic RPG for the Nintendo DS, Sonic Chronicles had had a snippet released for it inadvertently when the Canadian Brodcasting Company (CBC) paid a visit to Bioware's studio, developers of the RPG to interview them about it. It's not too much so don't get excited and the music in the background isn't from the game either but it's still worth a watch though. FYI: the footage is about 2:18 into the clip.

Scary and atmospheric, two words to describe the latest title from Square Enix, Nanashi no Game, a new thriller which plays like a graphic novel to the point where you hold the DS like a book as in Ninja Gaiden and Another Code. The story begins when your friend mysteriously vanishes from school and you start to investigate the disappearance beginning with your friend's house where you find a strange video game. A game that's rumoured to leave the players dead 7 days after playing it. Cue...

When we first saw this title from the early footage, we were a tad concerned that it was a looking a tad...well, shite to be perfectly honest. Looks like you should never judge a game by first looks as the game looks completely different these days judging by the launch trailer below. The tracks look absolutely crazy and graphically, there's definitely been an overhaul to the game engine. Looking like a cross between F-Zero, Wipeout with a bit of Road Rash thrown in, this looks set to compliment...

Awesome action adventure title for the Xbox 360 is looking absolutely mind blowingly fantastic judging by these clips. This title was given heaps of press at the last E3 and since then has almost faded into obscurity. Happy to report that development is going great and this game will be one to watch out when eventually released.

GameSpy: How many weapons does each faction actually get to play with, and what sort of weapons are they? Littlewood: There's around five to six weapons on each side, varying from pistols and knives up to flamethrowers, miniguns and rocket launchers. GameSpy: How does the weapon selection balance between each...

Great new clip today showing the Wii homebrew channel running by homebrew developer, Bushing demonstrating the Wii being able to support and load ELF and DOL homebrew executables as well as being able to load them off SD cards as well. There's some pretty cool apps listed in this example and you can only imagine it'd be a matter of time before this stuff gets out into the wild.

Following on from a recent article we ran about Microsoft possibly having a blu-ray drive developed for the Xbox 360, well you can put that one to bed. Microsoft have officially denied such happenings from their Redmond based HQ. "As we have stated, we have no plans to introduce a Blu-ray drive for Xbox 360," a spokesperson stated from the software giant. Oh well, maybe not this year, but when the HD downloads dry up, where will they turn to then?
