We announced yesterday that Microsoft was considering a price drop of the 360 in light of the upcoming E3 trade show and whether or not this drop was going to make it to Oz. Well we can reveal that the price drop will be coming here and will be spread out across the different variations available. Let's have a look at the following drops: The Xbox 360 Pro currently shipping with a RRP of $579 now comes down to $499, the Xbox 360 Elite with HDMI output normally retailing for $729 slashes down to $649 and the Xbox 360 Arcade drops from $399 to $349.
Not a bad drop all round and a better reason to buy a 360 with its impressive arsenal of killer titles available for it.
