Strange auction over on Ebay shows a branded Metal Gear Solid bottle of wine of the Andiera Cabernet Sauvignon variety. Apparently the bottle is ultra rare and was produced after the making of the first MGS back on the PS1 which was given out to the designers and business partners of the game. The article on the auction has the following statement which clears things up:
"Luckily for me, I lived in Japan for a number of years and taught English part-time and one of my students happened to be one of the game’s designers! He received the wine at the game’s launch party and, since he did not drink, gave it to me as a Christmas present that year!"
