A ton of things came out of the 80's that will go down in history...rockers wearing spandex pants and big hair, Wham! and of course Michael Jackson when he was still black. Over at UK MSN, they've compiled their very own list of what consider the greatest games of the 80's. Interesting what they've chosen, do people agree or disagree?? 20. Double Dragon (1987) This early beat-em-up included two-player gameplay and the then-revolutionary concept of being able to pick up the weapons...

Brand new trailer for popular Square Enix title, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep for the PSP. This footage has been leaked so I don't know how it'll stay up for and yes, it's tad blurry but it's still the latest we've seen from this title in ages. In a bout of news sure to upset budding ninjas the world over, Tomonobu Itagaki, has decided to leave Tecmo as he graciously apologises to fans. So who is the man you ask? For the uninitiated, Itagaki is the man responsible for the Dead or Alive franchise as well as more importantly the Ninja Gaiden series. So does this mean that Ninja Gaiden 3 and DOA 5 won't be made by him? You're darn tooting it does!! And the reason for the split?? Unpaid royalties apparently, it's as simple as that...

The autographing at HMV Oxford St store in London took place today, where I was one of the lucky 300 to have their limited edition pre-order sleeves autographed not only by Hideo Kojima but also by Yoji Shinkawa and Yumi Kikuchi. People had begun to queue at 6.00pm the previous night and by 7.00am in the morning it was 100 people deep. By 8.00am security had to turn people away as the queue exceeded the advertised maximum of 300 people. Once you dropped your 5 pound for the sleeve it was a matter...

A lot gamers will recognise Japan as the Mecca for all things gaming and Otaku related. If you're a particular fan of retro gaming and all things yesteryear, then you're probably aware of the following bit of information as it's nothing new but we just love it so much here at Gaming Revolutions along with out unabashed claims of being Japanophiles that we had to show this anyways. In Japan, in a district called Akihabara also known as Electric Town, there happens to be a pretty spectacular...
