Anybody who knows videgames of adult nature knows the name Jack Thompson. No I don't mean the awesome Australian actor, I mean the stuck up American ignoramis who has belittled every "adult game" that has been released over the last couple of years.
From claims that "Bully is a simulator" (yeah like big brothers need a recipe) to "illicit sex scenes" in Mass Effect (uh, where? Please tell me!), this man has hounded every game manufacturer through media interviews and random calls to radio programs and has earned endless pwning by peeps on "teh internets". (Just Google Image Search Jack and GTA4... trust me)
FINALLY it would seem that someone has had their leash not only reeled in, but tied to the doghouse with a large metal clip and chain.
I read this today on Halolz.com (check out the *OBJECTION* pic and larf when you get there) and hunted a bit more to get confirmation but it seems it's true, judged by his peers and found guilty, of no less that 27 charges of misconduct.
Joystiq has more but essentially, it's a win for the gaming community.
Now let's see what we can do about <R> ratings so this ridiculous censorship can stop.
