EA have announced that they will be bringing their Skate franchise to Nintendo with the game, Skate It, making appearances on the Wii and the DS. They also revealed that the Wii version will be shipping with support for the Wii Balance Board making sure that the Wii's newest toy gets some play as well as exercise.
Skate executive producer Scott Blackwood, "We knew it would be an exciting challenge to bring the soul and feel of skateboarding to the Wii and Nintendo DS. With fresh new designs and game play components built from scratch, we've been able to, once again, capture the true experience of skateboarding in a completely innovative way."
The game will ship something year but no dates mentioned as yet.
