    Ninja's Are Coming

Very cutesy and a little strange game coming out for the Nintendo DS later on in the year by the name of Ninja Town. The game will also be launched with a range of plush toys as well as a comic book series. The trailer below says much more than words ever could so give it a look and don't be surprised if you need a second look to work out just what is going on.

    Army of TWO DLC

Fans of Army of Two on both PS3 and 360 will be pleased to hear that new maps have been released for the game. The even better news though is that the maps are free meaning there's nothing to stop people from downloading the goodness straight away. There's brand new campaign co-op maps and the obligatory multiplayer maps as well.

Sketch for Budding Artists On The DS

Great tutorial was uncovered recently on Wired's How to Wiki on how you can go about converting your DS into a tablet of art to enable gamers with an artistic streak to sketch portraits and what not on the DS's touch screen. Some results of the sketch program created by Jason R. Dunn follow. Some third party hardware is required but for those you who may already have what's required, it may be fun to play around with.

    No Delisting for XBLA

Microsoft gamers were shocked recently with the news that XBLA game that are underperforming will be removed the download roster meaning you'll never be able to get it once it's delisted. In the wake of the devastation that followed, Microsoft have released the following statement: We've stated that underperforming games on XBLA may be delisted. To be delisted, a game has to meet all three of the following criteria: * Been on the service for at least 6 months * Have less than a 65 Metacritic...

    Delays For Saints 2

GTA clone, Saints Row, received accolades when released on the Xbox 360 so it was little surprise that the inevitable sequel was announced. Unfortunately the groan of gamers could be heard around the world when it was revealed today that Saints Row 2 has been pushed back to October. Sources say the reason for the push is to give the developers enough time to tweak it and essentially make it better. Bob Aniello, THQ's senior vice president of worldwide marketing, explained it with the following...

Wii Gets DLC For Guitar Hero

The bane of many Wii Guitar Hero players is the inability to download content like it's competitors on Xbox 360 and PS3. Breaking news from Activision show that the developer has plans to release DLC for the Wii as well. At this point, no one knows how the Wii's limited capacity will handle the DLC but no doubt the developers will work out this major kinks before then.

    GHDS? ORLY?

This hauled straight from nextgen ..................................................................................... Neat peripheral, but will you really want to unleash the Power of Rock on the bus? The console version may come with a plastic peripheral – but at least it still looks like a guitar. This was never going to be feasible for a DS Guitar Hero, and the solution feels initially like an odd compromise. On Tour comes with a chunky black grip that slots into the DS’s GBA slot, with four...

    Jack Thompson gets Jacked.

Anybody who knows videgames of adult nature knows the name Jack Thompson. No I don't mean the awesome Australian actor , I mean the stuck up American ignoramis who has belittled every "adult game" that has been released over the last couple of years. From claims that "Bully is a simulator" (yeah like big brothers need a recipe) to "illicit sex scenes" in Mass Effect (uh, where? Please tell me!), this man has hounded every game manufacturer through media interviews...

    McDonalds, Nintendo and Japan

In yet another reason why I want to live in Japan and so help me at the very least I will get over there one year, at the local McDonald's between May 27 and June 31, when you buy a shrimp burger (I kid you not!), you'll also be able to download the nutritional information onto your Nintendo DS. In essence, the hotspot will download a compact version of the DS browser and thus display the info. I love how they say compact version because it isn't compact enough, right? In order to bait...
