The past week has been a roaring success for the Sony PSP in Japan with impressive sales to the point where they outsold all other competition. During the week from March 24th - 30th, the PSP managed to rack up sales totalling 139,000 units while the Nintendo DS only managed to sell 57,000 units during the same period. The Nintendo Wii sold 49,000 units, 13,000 PS3 consoles and 2,800 Xbox 360's. What the hell?? Has the success of Nintendo finally hit a wall or did it have anything to do with the fact that this same week also saw the release of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G for the PSP where the game itself shifted 880,000 units? Hmm...
