Dark Sector, the dark and gritty action packed title from Digital Extremes has been given a green light after nealy being banned last last month by the OFLC. The title is now due to start shipping on March 25th across the USA with a date for Australia yet to be finalised. Peter Andrew, vice president of product development, D3PA, had the following to say, "Dark Sector fans have been waiting for this moment and we're pleased to say that after months of tweaking and polishing, the game is ready to entertain and wow gamers, Digital Extremes has poured their heart and soul into this game and it shows through compelling gameplay and absolutely stunning graphics."
Dark Sector has now been reclassified with an M rating.
