Holy Toledo, what next? Now it's being revealed that the Tokyo-based Hitachi Display and Osaka-based Sharp Corp. have been investigated by the Japan Fair Trade Commission over allegations that both parties have been indulging in a little antitrust violation regarding the screens used in the Nintendo DS. The findings show that the Hitachi subsidiary along with Sharp have been involved in price fixing to secure profits on the LCD screens it provides to Nintendo for the DS unit. No doubt there'll be more on this...where's Sony's lawsuit??
