Activision lost in a Blizzard

Apparently all is not well over at Activision HQ, shareholders are reported to be not happy with the Blizzard-Activision merger as they believe their interests have not been met. Blizzard's parent company, Vivendi holds a 52% stake in Activision Blizzard, which accoding to the investors, places them in a "unfavorable minority position". The complaint filed goes to on to report that, "the merger, stock purchase and tender offer, working in concert, convey control of Activision to Vivendi but fail to offer the Activision stockholders an opportunity to realize a true control premium for their stock".
